Orders and Delivery
Thank you for choosing WAVES OF HER. Every order is prepared with care and intention, and we're grateful to be part of your journey.
Here you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping, personal pick-up, and returns.
Processing Time
As a small, independent brand, every order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Shipping Within Hungary
Domestic orders are shipped with FOXPOST, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days after dispatch.
You can choose between:
- FOXPOST Locker – Pick up your order from your preferred FOXPOST locker.
- Home Delivery – Delivered directly to your address.
Simply select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
If you choose FOXPOST Locker delivery, please enter your preferred locker in the Order Notes during checkout (e.g. Etele Plaza, Budapest).
International Shipping
We currently ship to Europe, the United States, and Canada using tracked international postal services.
We're working on expanding shipping to more countries soon. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
Please Note
- Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs procedures or local postal services beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Returns
We hope you'll love your WAVES OF HER pieces. If something isn't quite right, you may return your order under the following conditions
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear that has been worn or washed, unless the item is faulty.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Faulty Items
We take pride in the quality of every piece we create. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
We review each case individually. If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Please note that this does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, accidental damage, or misuse.
