Terms & Conditions
By placing an order through this website, you enter into a legally binding contract with us. Orders are accepted exclusively via the website, and payment must be made in advance using one of the accepted payment methods, including credit or debit card payments via Stripe. During checkout, customers must accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Orders are processed individually by hand. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Domestic orders within Hungary are shipped via GLS with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days following dispatch. International orders are shipped worldwide via tracked services, with delivery times ranging from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. All packages are prepared using sustainable, minimal packaging designed to reduce waste and ensure a mindful unboxing experience.
Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, as per the Hungarian Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.).
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products. Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not liable for items lost during return shipping. Returns must be sent to: 2852 Kecskéd, Vasút utca 7., Hungary.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thewavesofher@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item. We will address the issue as promptly as possible.
Warranty
All products are subject to warranty in accordance with Hungarian consumer protection laws. If you experience any issues with a product, please contact us for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or the misuse of our products. You are responsible for using products in accordance with their intended purpose and instructions.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and all transactions through this website are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a legal dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Komárom-Esztergom County, Hungary.
