Join a TWO or FOUR - month journey with Bettina.

Sessions are held on Zoom, in English or Hungarian.

A 1.5-hour session where we talk, move, breathe, and share ~ using somatic exercises, body-based techniques, Himalayan kriyas, breathwork and dance.

“Ahhh… I really needed this. I missed feeling connected to myself in this way.
I’ve been doing four different kinds of therapy, but I had frozen myself so much that I forgot to stop and reconnect with my body - to actually feel it and arrive into it.

Even though I’ve been practicing Ashtanga daily for months, that too had started to feel like chasing my body, pushing it for growth - almost in a divine, but demanding way. And even though I studied dance therapy for over a year, I still sometimes lose focus on what truly matters: where to place my attention, and how to really listen. Thank you for this experience!”
